I. Warranty Period

At Modavista, we’re committed to quality and care. For our Australian customers, the warranty period is as follows:

One-year warranty from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty applies based on the shipping address provided at the time of purchase and covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

II. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is here to give you peace of mind. It covers failures caused by non-human factors, including most of our battery-operated products.

What’s Not Covered

While we’re always here to help, there are a few situations that fall outside our warranty:

(e.g., dropping, exposure to water, or damage from misuse)
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear
This includes parts that naturally wear down over time, such as batteries and breast pump accessories
Accidental damage or damage caused by incorrect use
Products not purchased through official Modavista channels
Missing or invalid proof of purchase
Second-hand items, free gifts, or items outside the warranty period
